Do You Have St. Fabian Boy On Tap?

Filed under: Coach Kaz — nedryerson @ 6:07 am

Hello everybody, Kaz’s earrings here with a special greeting for all our loyal fans out in This Week in Milford land. It’s great both of us to be featured so prominently in a Gil Thorp strip, even if, and this is just our personal opinion, it is a bit of a dud of a strip in that it doesn’t advance the plot and pretty much just reiterates the tired premise that Art Standish is a tool. Nevertheless, we are so happy that Kaz gets a right and a left profile, each of which feature us, along with our great friends, those wicked sideburns as well as the temples of Kaz’s sunglasses. How awesome is this? Probably the best day of the summer. Okay, we admit, Art Standish in Panel 3 with an expression on his face like he might have just sharted in his rental car is pretty noteworthy, but still we really shine here.

As you all likely know and have indeed commented on in the past, we have evolved over the years from some sort of hoops into sort of simple, small discs. Yes it is awkward for us too, but we are loath to explain why. It’s just something that happens in to earring community. I think we can all agree that, despite our metamorphasis, we still accentuate the hell out of Coach Kaz’s lobes.

Hey, it’s been great catching up with all you guys. Follow us on Twitter or Instagram if we ever set up an account.

Oh, and don’t forget, Art Standish is a douche.

  1. Kaz’s burnrows are terribly uneven – level with his left earlobe but a good finger width below his right. Is that by design – to draw our eyes from the fact that his right ear is so much shorter than his left? Or did he, like so many in Milford, slip with his Gillette Mach3?

Haven’t seen St. Fabian Boy reviewed on BeerAdvocate or Ratebeer. Must be a limited release.

I don’t want to see the tap topper for that one.

  4. Little late for True to still be deciding on a school, and also for transfers to play this semester, so no matter how much of a Saint Hershey is, he must stay one to play pigskin this season. At this rate, True will be buying textbooks from the hobos at that school I cant remember. (Help Stats Dept)

  5. I love Kaz’s line in panel two. “I know we’d never try.”

Art, buddy, you’re reading this all wrong… Milford has commitment all right. Commitment to never going beyond the bare minimum. Need a lineman? Sure, grab that kid who doesn’t talk and whatever you do, don’t bother solving that problem – it was already a drag finding out why he was mute to begin with. Need an assistant coach for baseball season? Hey, that guy wandering by has a story that doesn’t check out if you can do simple arithmetic, but what’s so simple about arithmetic? In the words of a great man, ‘I know we’d never try’. Sign him up!
