  1. True is part Bill “Spaceman” Lee and part Paul Bunyon. Odd segue from talking about difference between throwing football and baseball. Then those baseballs look like haki sacks in those meat hooks. Tomorrow maybe a little Mark “The Bird” Fydrich.

  2. Juggling, hell. Those balls are stationary. He’s practicing The Mysterious Hoverball™.

  3. So often this strip needs to rush details together to fit the timeline (remember all the weeks of the state football championship were done in what, five days?) Good to know that’s not an issue for the spring story. They can have entire days of nothing but bored high school kids passing time on the bench while their team is losing a meaningless game.

  4. I have a terrible feeling we are about to discover that Boo Radley is obsessed with jugglers.

  5. I learned juggling in high school gym class. Its one of the few skills I still have from high school. When juggling 3 balls, only one is in the air at a time, and the other 2 are in each hand, with each hand alternating tossing and catching. So the 2 balls in the air, especially near each other, tells me True is not performing a realistic act. What else is new, True?
