Not much to say about the puddle of spit deep psychoanalysis we’re treated to in panels one and two, but panel three sure gets the drama ratcheted up!

I was going to go someplace dark with the timing of when exactly Boo’s mom started caring as it might perhaps relate to Boo’s prenatal care, but that’s a bit cynical even for a jaded TWIM blogger such as myself. Instead, I say we hope that panel three is our true segue into a summer plot full of teen-parent drama.

The start of a new plot is almost invariably the high point in terms of anticipation,* so I hope this is it and we see some truly zany and/or inexplicable plot twists.

*Cf., the Herc the Mauler episode where the incredible beginning only drove even greater excitement (especially on the part of a proto-TWIM blogger) as to what craziness would come next.

  1. So those punks were tire flattening punks and not tire slashing punks? Somehow, I feel cheated.

  2. Is that the new and exclusive i-TITAN with voice activated inflation controls? Boo: “iTITAN, commence inflation now!” iTITAN: “PERFECT.” True: “iTITAN, blow me!” iTITAN: “PERFECT.”

  3. This is, however, the best comic I have ever read that features a portable air compressor. Not that it’s hard to beat a Pluggers 1 panel for that title…

  4. Adventures in Perspective: that car in panel 3 might or might not actually fit inside that garage.
