So, it seems the summer plot is going to be about Rodney and Rey and their zany college recruitment. We’ve come to know, and care, about these characters quite a lot over the years so this is a welcome development. That Rodney sure is a kidder.

I do like how free form the schedule is at this particular camp. Random TV guy just strolls in and gets to do interviews in the middle of practice apparently.

  1. Not a very realistic scene. Where’s all the adoring hopeful fans in the background with the State penents?

  2. Hey, Rodney: get that damn towel off your shoulders and show off that Tronix logo for the camera. Don’t they teach product placement at this QB camp?

  3. At least put Ol’Glory over it like that whore MJ. Anything for a buck. But $2 off a steak at Dominick’s, we’re going to court!

  4. Can”t we all just play some golf?

  5. Ya gotta respect the Rodney’s chutzpah, guy gives interviews while wearing a Guy Fawkes mask.

  6. In P2, our favorite TWIM character handles the lame “gotcha” question with aplomb. The uninformed reader might think the answer is, Lucky Institute of Professional Studies of Rajasthan India.

However, Rodney has played this game before. He knows two of the first 4 Google hits for “lucky college” are porn links. “You’re not hearing that from me!” thinks RodMan as he defers with the “tough call” reply.

Well played Mr. Curtis, well played.

  7. Shouldn’t it be, “Who’s the lucky college?” I mean, who are kidding here?
