What’s In This For Me.

The clouds in panel one are pretty.

As panel two illustrates, several of the conversations in this story arc take place in a parking lot.

I think my favorite background for today however is the park in which panel three is set. Trees, in the background, bushes in the fore and the steps leading down from the hill create quite a nice composition.

  1. Alan: “I was thinking …”
    Dory: “So was I”.
Yeah, the great intellectual pairings: Newton and Leibnitz … Einstein and Bohr … and, now, these two.

  2. Spoken dialogue:

    “Right?” “Right.”

    Unspoken dialogue:

“Tough patooties, missy. I’ve got you under contract. And besides, this is your last chance to save your career. You don’t want to end up actually having to teach these tank town nobodies for the rest of your life, do you?”

“Oh, Alan, you know me so well.”

  3. Must be tough for Dory to play football with that flipper he has for a right hand.
