This Week in Milford

Can I Kick It?

Filed under: Kenzie Hanley, Mimi Thorp — nedryerson @ 8:25 am

I’ve been away from comics for a week. What’s happening here? Right, the usual. Milford Idiots still collectively can’t see past Kenzie’s hulkish dimensions. Their loss. Bacon is “kicking it” with the most interesting person in Milford.

Look at the lovely thought bubbles! Is this Mary Worth?

Mimi is going to do some actual face to face coaching this week. On that score, I still contend that shooting is probably the last thing Kenzie should be concentrating on. Maybe this is what Mimi is driving at. We will never find out because Kenzie will probably not rise above “instrument of justice” status on the court.  Maybe cynical Mimi is thinking this way too and this “coaching” is just to give a sheen of legitimacy to Kenzie’s place on the team.

I’m out of condition. I think I’m just gonna kick it. Hope it’s okay with you:

  1. Uh oh. Do I spy Pouty Face Kenzie in P3? You no like getting yelled at by Coach? Turns out it’s not all blood bin fun ‘n games, Big Mac.

[Wouldn’t it be awesome if Kenzie went off à la Latrell Sprewell on Mimi?]

  2. In the fall, we had a story about a reality show. It could not possibly happen. Now we have a story that appears to be about a 17-year-old kid getting teased about a possible budding romantic attachment. That happens in every high school in the country, twice a week.

  3. “Country”, not “county”. I haven’t had my coffee yet. Fixed! – TimP

  4. Those shiny, shiny floors! Tell me, do they have to avoid holding games and practices in late afternoon to prevent retinal damage when the sun is shining through the windows?

And if someone is blinded, is Steve Luhm liable?

  5. Thanks for reminding us once again that Menzie can kick everyone’s tail. I might have forgotten That if it isn’t repeated daily.

  6. Ain’t that a kick in the nutboys?

  7. Bobby Joe is right. Kenzie’s ability to clean the floor with nearly anyone nearby has been repeated as often as was the height (6-7) of that lineman (was that “Steve Ponczak?” Help, Billy?) with the heart condition a few years ago. i would much rather just watch the season develop along with the possible relationship with Maxwell. Not even necessary to show Maxwell strapping a plank to his ass as things escalate.

  8. Jeff “Sacko/Sackodog” Ponczak
