This Week in Milford

You wanna see freak hands?

Back in the cafeteria we find Maxwell’s hair is now as yellow as Donald Trumps. At least he’s got more! Is that a peanut Kenzie tosses at him playfully? It must be the biggest peanut I’ve ever seen.  Again a non-coach gets more results then either Mimi or Gil (or for that matter Bobby Howry). And True gets called into Gils office for dressing too much like Max.  I want Trump to debate those 2 guys next time.

METAPOST: My  friend who I’ve known for 17 years is an artist, and a real good one. She has many drawings on a site called DeviantArt. So many I only look at a few at a time, every now and then. I’m not an artist at all, so my interest is lukewarm at best, but I still appreciate her talent, and tell her so. Last week I was browsing a few and I saw this one. You see what I see??   We also work together, and the next day I told her this site has a category for ‘freak hands’ and this drawing is the epitomy of freak hands if I ever saw them. Agreed? I love it!  I asked her permission to use it on our blog since I’d feel like I’m stealing her work otherwise, and she gave the ok. If you want to see more of her work here is the link: http://kharmii.deviantart.com/gallery/

I think its an awesome drawing.

  1. Looks like Max is being pelted with walnuts.

  2. If not a walnut, maybe a beignet, though that’d be pretty sophisticated for Milford.

  3. I thought it was a fortune cookie!
Especially with the way Kenzie is holding her fork like chopsticks in P1, I just figured it was Cantonese Day in the Milford Cafeteria. Salisbury Beef ‘n’ Broccoli as the main entree.
Maxwell looks like he might be having the Pork Bun, alongside his quart of milk in an old-fashioned glass bottle.

  4. I thought it was a tiny football.
