Gloating Monday

So ends the Casper Heenan tale. Dafne’s story exposed Heenan’s transgressions and he is going to square things up with the school district. We’re not going to have another Hobart story after all and we’ve freed up more space for minimal softball and a foray into track (and field).

There is enough space for Milford High’s fourth estate to gloat a bit about their triumphant take down.

  1. Dr. Pearl should like that. After overruling Gil on bringing TAP television to the Bishop Hardy basketball game and embracing that stupid “Welcome Back Carter” thing, Dr. Pearl appears to be primarily motivated by money.

  2. Uppance arrives for Casper the Unfriendly Board Member. Wonder if anything will happen to the school official who approved his expenses, and what Daffy’s latest scoop is about.

  3. Well, well, if it isn’t Granny from the Beverly Hillbillies overseeing Dafne Duck’s penmanship in P1. Remember, DD, that you don’t end a sentence with a preposition. And “ain’t”
ain’t a word. Otherwise, the sleazy lube job is fine. Granny with the pearls(pardon the pun) of wisdom. Priceless.
And there’s Granny in P2 answering to her clone. Hey, the buck stops somewhere. Might as well be someone whose DNA matches all the way down to the fibula, not to mention eyeglasses.
    P3: “It’s Miller time!!!!!!!!!!”

  4. I hate when media attaches “gate” to every single controversy. It was a hotel! What’s it got to do with so called deflated footballs, etc.? So I won’t use it as it appears the big spending school board honcho story is over. Or is it? I hope not. I want Casper to dig up some dirt on one of these sleuths .
