No defenders needed

On we go to baseball and the Korean Nightmare is back in action with nobody on the field behind him. Im glad he’s still around as he was too good a story to forget about him after the short stint he had last season being brought over from Korea after Luke decided to take a chance on his assistants’ relative, and the whole thing was hair-brained enough without giving the kid some more time this season. Good to see he’s still mowing them down.

Perfect games in high school arent especially rare. Dominant pitchers can overwhelm some middling level hitters on some schools that dont have a lot of good players to begin with. So its not a big deal when you hear about one, and sometimes the game is shortened by a slaughter rule.

P2 – Woosh – isnt spelled like that. Its Whoosh! Add another brick to the wall of errors Barajas is making since taking over the strip. But the sound is close enough to a fastball whizzing by your ear in the batters box.

Marty in P3 paraphrases the old Looney Tunes cartoons. Here’s a video of the clips through the years.

  1. Another day, another arc and lack of continuity. Fuckin Peanuts has longer arcs than GT does.

  2. Having a huge wall just behind the right side of the infield is a fine old Milford tradition, and really cuts down on the need for outfielders. The perfect game is more impressive when you realize that it means no fly balls, even pop ups.

  4. Sorry, I’m not impressed with the Ringer chopping down a bunch of small town kids in some weak assed district, but if he loves being the shark in a goldfish bowl instead of challenging himself against real competition, who am I to stop him?
